Tin is empty and being sold as a vintage collectible. Please look at all my photos to see the condition. Very Nice tax stamp still attached to the paper coving the tin. The name CLINTON is under the mans picture. This is in fact DeWitt Clinton a 3 term Mayor of New York City and a 2 term Governor of the state of New York. Clinton died in February of 1828. B & H were first introduced in 1873. Weight is 2.7oz. Dims are 5 7/8" x 2 7/8" x 1". I have a large collection of vintage tins that I will be listing over time so if your a tin collector keep watching.
